Born in Vernon, mostly raised in Williams Lake, educated in Castlegar and launching his career in Mackenzie. At the age of 25, Dylan's experienced much of BC and can't wait until his career takes him into the reaches he has yet to explore.
After attending Selkirk for 4 years total he's received a Diploma in Recreation, Fish and Wildlife, along with Forest Technology, both with honours, and an Advanced Diploma in Geospatial Information Systems. 
He's spent around 2 years working for a small scale forestry consulting company where he was able to form and hone forestry skills which he'll be applying in his future at BCTS as a future RFT.

 

In his spare time, Dylan is often found in his office, the forest. Whether he's laying out a cutblock, scouting a new hunting spot, or taking his 2 labs on a hike to a mountain peak with his fiance you can almost always find Dylan outside. Some of his favourite activities include fly fishing for salmon, and grouse hunting with his dogs.
